Center Expansion |
 |
Dallas,
Texas -- July 12, 2010 -- InfoNet Research, a marketing
research company, has more than doubled its capacity for
Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI). Their
increase in size has been due, in large part, to its ability
to offer very competitive pricing and outstanding quality to
its clients.
The new call center boasts all new PC-based workstations
networked using Microsoft Windows Server 2003. The
interviewing staff also has the luxury of using workstations
that are at least 8 inches wider than most call center
workstations. Chris Latham, Call Center Manager, said
"[our] interviewers are given a lot more personal space
which, in turn, makes for a happier, more productive call
center".
The management at InfoNet Research maintains that, even with
decreasing telephone response rates and online methodologies
gaining popularity, CATI still remains the workhorse of the
quantitative modes that they offer. InfoNet is certainly
poised for future growth now that they can handle a much larger
volume while still maintaining the personal attention that
their clients have become accustomed to.
